1. Lead Magnet

Create a valuable, free resource your niche audience will really want to have! Your lead magnet should help them achieve one of their biggest health and wellness goals. For example, let’s say there’s a health coach named Amy who works with corporate millennials. These corporate millennials want to achieve healthy weight loss while balancing a busy schedule.

Amy could create a breakfast recipe guide filled with easy-to-make recipes that can be created in less than 15 minutes and that help with healthy weight loss. This would be super helpful for her potential health coaching clients because corporate millennials balancing a busy schedule probably don’t have the time to create a huge breakfast in the morning.

They might find themselves going through a fast food drive-thru consuming foods that don’t make them feel their best to align with their weight loss and wellness goals. Amy’s recipe guide can be such a great resource for them.

When you provide a helpful lead magnet for your prospective clients, you can also stay connected to them through your email list. You can provide more helpful, free resources for them to reach their wellness goals, promote your health coaching services and products, and have exclusive flash sales, (among other things).

Also, your email list is something you own and it’s much more stable than only relying on social media platforms that can shut down at any moment.
