Add These 8 Essential Elements to Your Health Coaching Contact Page

Your contact page is one of the most important pages on your website. It’s where potential health coaching clients and wellness brands can contact you easily.

It also provides a great user experience for website visitors to find and access the information they need. This can leave a great first impression for your health coaching brand which can lead to more clients and more brand deals and sponsorships.

So, let’s get started. Here are the 8 key elements your contact page should include.

1. Contact Form

A contact page without the most essential element wouldn’t be a contact page. Include a short, simple, and easy-to-use contact form that allows visitors to email you directly for general inquiries.

It’s best to have another separate form that’s solely for your health coaching services. For example, you can add your questionnaire form to your free discovery call online scheduler tool so potential clients can complete it before booking their free call with you.

2. Response Time

If possible, provide an estimated response time once someone submits the contact form, so website visitors have an idea of when they will hear back from you.

For example, you can add a post-submit contact form message along the lines of: Thanks! I normally respond to emails within 1-2 business days.

By stating your response time it:

  • Sets expectations. They’ll know when they can expect a reply which can reduce any frustration.
  • Builds trust, because it shows you’re transparent and reliable.
  • Reduces inquiries, which means fewer follow-up emails regarding initial messages.
  • Sets you apart. A quick response time can attract more clients to your business because you respond sooner compared to another health coach.
  • Provides a great user experience because it leaves an overall positive impression and showcases your brand’s professionalism.

3. Contact Information

Add your business email address, business phone number, physical address (only if you have a brick-and-mortar health coaching practice), and any other relevant contact information.

It’s important to have professional contact information for your health coaching business and not a random email address such as dogsandcatsrcool123@gmail.com.

4. Social Media Links

Include links to your social media profiles to encourage visitors to connect with you on multiple platforms. It’s best to only add social channels that you’re most active on to grow an engaged audience.

5. Business Hours

Whether you have a brick-and-mortar health coaching practice or a fully remote health coaching business, display your business hours so website visitors know when you’re open for business and when they can expect a phone or email response.

6. Map and Directions

If you have a physical location, include an embedded map and written directions to help visitors find your wellness business. You can also add this to your website footer so it’s easy to find no matter what page a website visitor goes to.

7. FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

Including frequently asked questions on your contact page can help address common concerns and reduce the number of inquiries you receive. What questions does your audience always ask you on social media or potential clients on discovery calls?

FAQs can range from questions regarding what is a health coach, to your health coaching services, to your wellness philosophy, payment plans, and more.

8. Call-to-Action (CTA)

Place a call-to-action (CTA) on your contact page, such as “Get in Touch” or “Send a Message,” to encourage website users to take action. You can also add one other call-to-action (towards the bottom of the website page) if you have a valuable free offer you want to promote.

Some examples might include mentioning your blog (“Browse the Wellness Blog”), podcast (“Listen to the Latest Episode”), or lead magnet (“Snag the FREE Recipe eBook”). Need ideas for your lead magnet? Read this article: Grow Your Health Coaching Business With These 7 Lead Magnet Ideas.

Incorporating these 8 essential elements into your health coaching contact page will encourage visitors to reach out and connect with your wellness business. You don’t have to add all of the elements mentioned. Only add the elements that are relevant to your health coaching business.

For example, if you have a fully remote health coaching practice you wouldn’t need to add an address with a map and directions. Ultimately, your contact page is important to your health coaching business and should be designed strategically and intentionally.
